Bow and his counsel are stretching the patience of the Court to no end by making such a ridicuous claim; "...technically EDIG didn't prevail since they owe digEcor $80K."...

There was no "Prevailing" by BOW in anything relating to this case...

As the Court documents show, EDIG never denied the cost of the missing Batteries, and even offered to submit a STIPULATION to that effect, but BOW refused that so they could claim they won something?!...

I tell you, if Bow forces his lawyers to drag this one out in the form of an Appeal, it is time for EDIG Lawyers to go for Sanctions for frivolous litigation...

Heck I am shrouding anything about BOW and Digecor. They are yesteryear's bad News and are gone but won't stay burried...It is a Halloween and my be we need a Silver Bullet. And that is coming in the form of Samsung announcements...
