Samsung fought the most, DM was prepared to go to Markman.

Look at the PACER filings already discussed on what was being discovered and admissions made.

IMO, Samsung did not want to go to Markman.

I think this settlement will be the highest of all...... and as it stands alone on the next quarterly report we should have a clear number for ONE settlement.

No, I don't have any 'inside' information.... just a hunch based on previously disclosed filings and MM activity. It's always been easier to scare investors out of shares on a 'loss' than competing to buy against retail buyers when a stock goes up.

Remember, trades priced at X.X99 (1/1000 increments with 9's) are short shares offered or sold.

Trades or bids at X.X01 are buying to cover.

Now go back the past two days and look at the trade prices.
