DP when I pointed out how that new encription patent can lock out all the other operating systems-n-hacks-there-of last time, is all I know to say... much like how the studios saw microOS as a turn key OS that was so secure that even if an avasary got hold of a unit they would not be able to download content because of MOS's unique key-code. and its tamper-proof microcontroler design.

It wouldn suprise me if once the patent is issued we don't extend it onto the evu encasement much like flashback was, if thats possible, and could be a means to an end on these x-licensings. What would an IBM/Apple or the goermnent give for such an OS.
