RIC , As you said , that is my own strong observation that DM has been in negotiation

with other infringers behind closed door that may end up many surprise settlement

announcements in very near future. I still believe we should not discard some

partnership announcement between SAMSUNG and e.DIGITAL in related to eVU

for achieving its expansion in different markets.
