Last week I started a conversation that got rather wild and speculative with a question concerning why RP didn't answer my email rather quickly. Well just so everyone knows, he did.

From the response you should be able to determine the couple of questions I asked:

Per our October 22nd press release, we expect to provide additional information regarding the next licensing and legal round in upcoming Company communications. All licensing fees will be included in our financial filings. Cross licensing helps facilitate settlements and builds our base of intellectual property (IP). How we use the cross licensed IP will be made public when we utilize it in our business and/or product offerings. "
