Progress

If we didn't net 10mln I'll be wondering what-the-hay.

I'd like to see a big number from Samsung too but that would represent about a $20M settlement - which is a bit much to hope for IMO. I'll be satisfied with anything over $5M total (about $2.5M to e.Digital).

But regardless of anyone's guess, the amount of the Samsung settlement (while important) is NOT critical. What IS critical is EDIG/DM's continued progress - and today demonstrated without question that they ARE making progress. This was super-great news despite the disappointing performance of the share price today. The share price will take care of itself as word gets out and new investors begin to understand for themselves what this will mean for fiscal 2010, 2011, etc..
