Being we didn't see an 8k you're probably right, but we named a bunch of camcorders/phones, not to mention mp3-players etc that had to fall into line.

IMO DM held their feet to the Markman-fire and we did get a respectable number; and 5-10 just doesn't feel right, not for a Samsung.
