DM will have to reverse couple of Appellate Decions to get a successful Ruilng on those cases, and I bet he is looking forward to it...
For nothing is more important to a practicing successfull lawyer than to have the ability to find that one case which clearly calls for reversal of older ruling because the equities call for it.
