No question this is still Tier 1 being as it’s ‘774 only. Clearly Round 2 though.

Nice that they could issue a PR before it went through to Pacer - a nice surprise.

I also suspect they may have a surprise settlement coming soon, although nothing says they had to target a round number of companies. I do think we’ll see 2 or 3 settlements before 3/31/10 - giving us a very good chance to beat last year’s numbers even if Samsung is not huge.

Sure hope this news gets out to a larger audience over the next few days/weeks.
