I don't think they are done filing this fiscal year. I'll bet an additional filing takes place prior to March 31, 2010. Think about it for a moment. There are 150+ potential infringers left plus we have additional patents that were not included in this filing. I think this is really going to accelerate.

P.S. I'll probably regret sticking my nose in this however....

I don't believe there was a new law passed nor a change to an existing law that prompted the file first negotiate later strategy. I believe it was a ruling that came down in an active suit that caused patent holders and their attorneys to rethink the order of things. JMO
