Might have a much bigger effect if they can wait until monday if the samsung settlement is very good. If its good and release this week the weekend might take away the freshness by shareholder meeting. I don't think they violate any sec reg. by a pr monday on financials.

It's looking now like no one will get the opportunity to either buy or sell on the 10Q news until Monday at the earliest or Tuesday at the latest. I don't know whether this implies a good or bad scenario but I like the idea of possibly starting out next week with a bang (the good kind of bang).

In either case management will be facing shareholders very soon after the financials (including the Samsung settlement) are reported. No doubt next week will be very interesting indeed.

The volume so far today is comical... everyone holding their breath for news.
