When that new encription has new derivitives of the eVU on the market with a partner or two being rented via kiosks at airport terminals, hospitals and military bases, and for rent at best-buy with a unique key to connect them to a STBs/Auto-e-systems to stream its new forms of information and mass content.

Even a super encription for military use; and home security remotes.
