I think you have hit on most important question regarding the future of litigation and this company. I've been wondering the same thing. Why was 445 dropped from the Samsung case? I have a feeling that by the end of this week some of these questions will asked but I'm not so sure they will be answered.

My thought all along is that 445 was the big one.

It could be reserved for the likes of DSP manufactures such as Texas Inst. and some others.

Doni is the best source for this and I hope he can shed some light. He's done a great job so far.
