I specifically asked RP if the Samsung settlement was going to be included in this 10Q and he responded they expected it to be. Since the settlement was reached in Sep 09, I feel pretty confident it was in the 10Q but have an email in to RP asking that very specific question. Will post his response.

Am I disappointed in the $1.25M from Samsung? You bet. Am I worried that EDIG won't appreciate in PPS? Not at all.

The Texas 7 case was a 'dip your toes in the legal waters' case. They won 7 out of 7 settlements. Very cool. Coffers fat and validation achieved. I believe FF in this statement:

"We have also been approached regarding licensing terms apart from current litigation efforts as a result of our early licensing success. We expect additional IP licensing and eVU systems and services revenues this fiscal year."

Instead of waiting to be sued, infringers have taken note of us and are asking to license our IP! Again, very cool.
