At $11.3 Million through 7 settlements the average settlement is just over $1.6 Million.

$1.6 Million x 184 infringers = $295 Mill

I recall RP mentioning at some point management believed the patent monitization efforts would bring in around $300 Million. If the average settlement increases even slightly as we move forward the we will bring in between $300 and $400 Million.

This forecast seems to be based on the 774 patent only at this time so there may additional upside.

Bottom line, expectations aside, we seem to be on track to achieve RPs numbers.

Better yet, each year is going to be quite a bit better than the last as we work our way through the 184.
