I don't believe it is the general consensus and still think it was included in the recent 10Q. If Samsung's settlement wasn't included, it means another non-litigating company came to EDIG and bought an IP license during the last quarter. Why didn't we get a press release about it? They could have released something like,

"We are pleased to announce that another company has licensed our Flash-R patent portfolio. Under terms of the confidential licensing agreement, e.Digital is receiving a one-time licensing fee."

That way they wouldn't have to name the company, similar to the PR in Jan 2009. The only PR's we've seen referenced the Texas 7 litigants which means no other non-litigants have licensed our IP yet and therefore the patent license money seen in the recent 10Q was Samsung's. IMO.
