Even if this were true e.Digital would still be required to include the amounts in the last financal statements. There would be a debit to Accounts Receivable and a credit to Deferred Income for the amounts unpaid, and also a credit to Accounts Payable and debit of Deferred Expence for the payable to DM, with a financial statement note explaining it all.

e.Digital still has to follow GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices).

All the moines from Samsung were reported in the last Quarter. It's all in the financal statement.
