Doc 420 is misleading. Yes, the Court ruled EDIG owed $80K for the batteries and ammended the judgment in Oct but since then, EDIG and digEcor agreed on $60K.

Plaintiff digEcor, Inc., by and through its undersigned counsel of record, hereby
acknowledges full settlement and satisfaction of that certain Amended Judgment entered on October 16, 2009 in the amount of $80,000 against Defendant e.Digital Corporation in the above-captioned action. Plaintiff further authorizes the Clerk of the Court to enter and record satisfaction of said Judgment.
