RE...Samsung Settlement!?...FRANK...

I did ask the specific question re any cash from Samsung being included in the just announced PR as follows:...

"Please advise, if you can, was there any cash funds paid by SAMSUNG before September 30, 2009 as part of the settlement agreement that was finalized in October of 2009"...

Here is RP's AMSWER...

"All the information we can release regarding your question was issued in yesterday's Form 10Q and press release."...

Based on what we know, there is no indication that any cash from Samsung was incorporated in the 10Q just released...
