Settled with 7 infringers adding about $6M to revenues during the past year... with more and likely higher revenues to come both from IP monetization AND eVU sales/service during the coming year. If I decided to sell and move on because I didn’t agree with management or DM decisions, about 2 months later is when some major announcement would be made causing the share price to take off without me.... D’OH!!!!!

Hey sunpoop - whatever happened to: "The lights are still on" ??? I can remember you saying that a lot; when it was about the best thing that could be said considering the company’s circumstances at the time.

But seriously, I think of it this way: Would you rather own the nicest house in a crummy neighborhood or the most run-down house in a good neighborhood? e.Digital’s share price is run-down and under-valued at this point in time, but it shouldn’t take much to spruce it up. I remain convinced that there will yet be a tipping point and our day will come. This is why they call it patience.

Whatever happens today, I think we’ll at least hear something we haven’t heard yet... new information of some kind and another piece of the puzzle. I’ll be looking forward to that.
