I had lunch before the meeting with Jerry and Eric and they are very pleased with the direction of EDIG.

Jerry showed us his final payment given to him at the meeting and hopefully EDIG is done borrowing money!!!

One item that I didn't see mentioned is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 infringers.

This has nothing to do with the size of the company, but the patents.

Tier 1 covers Flash Memory

Tier 2 covers specific claims and larger ramifications of our patents.

Since Jerry and the major share holders were very upbeat, I do agree with many here that we will see EDIG's pps move upward from this point forward.

Many expected a huge jump, but I think we will see a gradual up-move over the next few months.

I will predict here that before the next SHM the pps wiil be well over $ 1.
