When you had lunch with Polis did you voice your concern?

I am in agreement to some degree. If they can generate enough sales to grow the service side of the eVU market and make a profit on sales they can cover their expenses so as not ever having to be in a position to raise capital for operations and general purposes. Mezzo costs them nothing beyond their cut with sales, so why not keep it going as long as it generates profits/cash flow?

Should they build it up enough they could then sell it off to a competitor and turn their attention in new directions....Not quite ready to jettison the eVU, especially considering Polis is onboard with management's focus.
