Fish Richardson was one of the law firms competing to repesent eDigitals IP litigation. I'd bet this guy was one of the principal Fish Richardson represenatives competing for eDigitals business. It's a logical deduction given his receint transfer and insertion into the litigation for eDigital. He comes to the process, court room ready!
