Goes back several months but when Robert was still the IR guy I had a conversation with him about this. He said there were errors that the examiner had made and eDigital was planning on requesting a review. He emphasized that this type of exchange was not unusual to the process......or words to that effect.

I believe this has been resubmitted. (With the intent of working with the same examiner to help expedite the process. (not sure if this is what actually occurred))
