There are no facts to support that we will indeed sue Apple, much less win, but we weed through dozens of posts, yet don't criticize each comment. Does anyone have information to indicate that Apple is in the cross hairs of DM?

Not sure if this qualifies as bullseye material but many years ago I remember Jim Collier saying that he spoke with represenatives of Apple on a daily basis. This was pre Ipod when it was in development. I can't help but think that there was allot of sharing done with little to no result. Could be nothing but then again, they stole our business plan.
