I think it's worth taking the link tonyrog42 provided in his post just to review the other comments made by those that judged the judge.

Overall, not a pretty judgment.

Several gave her high ratings like the one I copied below.

"I find Judge Krieger to be an extremely fair, even-handed, and rational jurist whose knowledge of the law and procedure far exceeds the scope of most attorneys--perhaps the fact that she is so often light-years ahead of council has been mistaken for arrogance."

But more were along the lines of the one Tony posted or the one below.

"We must, regrettably, echo the negative comments of the vast majority of those lodged already. It is remarkable how similar our completely disparate experience was, to those stated below. This judge belongs nowhere near a federal or state bench."

Guess how you judge the judge depends on how she ruled in your particular case . Even though the majority of the comments on Judge Kreiger are negative and gives me pause, my perspective remains positive in large part boyed by the insights provided by Silversurfer and the due dilligence he's shared with us.
