I'm speculating here but the NFC aspect of the nuchi technology could very well be the result of the cross lisencing agreements that were part of the initial 7 infringement filings. I'm thinking Samsung here. I'll leave the verification up to sman as he has the ability to dig better than anyone else I know. You da excavator man!
