drakup - I've ask this question a-many-a-time per this particular find against our 774, because all the red-flag wording is in the prior art such as, removable media, flash-memory, control-circuitry, etc.. any search would have brought it up. The only logical thing is what tec said, it was because it was a japanees patent written in another language.

imo,,, the big distinction is theirs is an apparatus and we are a handeld-voice-recorder.

Their use of apperatus is as vague as their details of its inner-workings. . . and if it screws us over, imvho it should give that examiner a black-eye.

I've been busy on taxes havn't had time do much network-algorithm DD.
