Defendant Philips Electronics North America Corporation to respond to e.Digital’s Complaint and

good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Motion is GRANTED.

Defendant Philips Electronics North America Corporation shall have until March 20, 2013 to file a

responsive pleading to the Complaint of e.Digital Corporation in the above-captioned matter.
