further proceedings in this litigation. As case no. 13cv783 has been dismissed,
Defendants in that case need not appear at the hearing and need not participate in the
joint statement required by the February 23, 2015, order. The parties to case no.
12cv2698, which was stayed while the remaining cases were pending on appeal, are
ordered to attend the status conference and participate in the joint statement.
