In light of the fact that a mandate has issued by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the Woodman Labs and Pantech cases, this Court ordered the parties to provide a joint statement concerning the status of litigation given that a mandate has been issued. A status hearing concerning the same has been set by the Court for March 20, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.

This joint statement is hereby submitted pursuant to the Court’s order. The Defendants in each of the above-listed cases are collectively referred to as the “Defendants.” The Plaintiff in each of the above-listed cases, e.Digital Corporation, is referred to herein as “Plaintiff.” Plaintiff and the Defendants are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
