Thank you LGJ. Short, but very sweet update! It looks like EDIG is ratcheting up the pressure on the defendants. I like that EDIG will be adding '108 to the current complaints. And, GPRO requested a second ENE, but EDIG declined. Shame that Pantech is filing for bankruptcy. I wonder if this case was the last straw?
