Unfortunately I don't have any confidence that Handal can leverage a successful Markman outcome given what they were able to achieve with the last one.

One could argue that the previous Markman was only for Flash-R (old, expiring IP) and the next Markman will be for Nunchi (new, exciting, and valuable IP), however Nunchi has produced no revenue yet to give any measure of its true worth.

It is Handal who (more than anyone else) will be setting the value for the Nunchi IP based on whatever they ultimately settle for (presumably following the Markman decision as I doubt they'll take this to trial).

Our EDIG investment is in the hands of the lawyers and the courts as there are no discernable efforts otherwise to produce partnerships, non-litigant licenses, or demonstrable applications.

It will shock me if the virtual SHM does anything more than 'check the box' for having a SHM.
