Yes, "EDIG" tracks all these companies.

To put it more accurately as Fred has explained it, specifically at the last live shm, the Team of EDIG, Handal and any outsourced DD, such as Nunally, or I assume Blue Sands IP still does product searches for Handal (???), collectively come up with who are potential infringers to file against.

Fred also said at that meeting, he appreciates the DD done by our message board, in which it gets forwarded to him, and he even said that we dig up some items the Team has not found yet, and it has been helpful.

If even a very small percentage sent to him is a company they have not looked into yet for Nunchi in this case, it helps the effort.

I recall during the Flash-R monetization, he stated at that meeting we definitely came up with names that were useful, so my guess is, ditto Nunchi.
