I say that adding 2 BOD members to the board adds alot of interest and validity to Edigital.

But that isn't really what I am talking about.

I believe that more transparency in the direction / goals / action plans if they really have them are very important to convey to the shareholders on a regular basis.

I am not a whiner that needs my hand held 24/7 but i am an investor in a public company as are all here and several non discrip quarterly reports ( especially when the financials show a major lack of funding ) doesn't begin to address that item & much less really anything else that would help the investors of this company.

I am not on your case but am using your thread to mention some stuff.

I hope that when you convey some of the thoughts that you have gathered when e-mailing Fred that you might consider the need for them to address the basic's
