Claim 12 is being interpreted to invoke sixth paragraph.Applicants thank the examiner for this information , and have amended claim 12 to not invoke the sixth paragraph.

Thus independent claims 1 , 12 and 17 are allowable . Claims 2-11 , 13-16 and 18-20 depend from allowable claims are at least allowable based on their dependency on an allowable independent claim.
