I agree 100% that there was a settlement and licensing agreement.  And also true we know not of the terms and conditions.  My post stated that, to date, Edig has not publically declared any income from those arrangements.  Agreement in August with Google and addition of one new board member, then in October addition of a second new board member.  The timing of this could easily be connected.  To what end?  On what sort of time frame? Will it be successful?  Here's hoping.
