The board is disappointed, frustrated and angry not quite because of any timing- that was never stated but implied- but rather because Fred still carries the title of CEO after 19 years of consecutive losses. The historian of the board could certainly correct any inaccuracy in my counting. This is a very legitimate subject to  adress and it is very curious that the board refuses to do so.
