I'm confident that Fred, his staff and EDIG's current BOD ( and the BOD members and staff that proceeded them) are all hard working, determined accomplished professionals and operate with high ethical standards.

However, mission one for a publicly traded enterprise (Staff and Board) is to drive shareholder appreciation/value.  

Thus far, to that end, for decades, that mission has been a failure.

I'm still in deep so, I'm betting ( IoT) that fact changes soon and before global warming raises sea levels and Torrey Pines is washed into the Pacific.
