Actually, EDIG did issue a PR about the granting of a new patent almost exactly a year ago.  But I note that they also announced a settlement/license agreement a couple of weeks prior to that (MyFox), and we haven't seen one since.  So who knows.  There certainly isn't an NDA associated with the granting of a patent, so that wouldn't stop 'em.

In any case, I am hopeful they PR and promote new patent awards.  Aren't we all!
