I was thinking maybe the company is waiting until all suits are officially dismissed before proceeding with anything. PN talking publically could have been construed as divulging some sort of confidential info. Unfortunatly, you are correct that a wrench in the plans is possible. That would be extremly disappointing to find out at a later time. There has been talk of the shareholders getting screwed. Many times Fred's judgement has understandably been questioned, but it seems to me only now has his integrity. For those that have met him does he seem like the greedy type? Gut feelings are welcome.
