On the other side, like I have said before, it could equally be someone selling approximately 4 million shares at a substantial profit, perhaps buying an equivalent number of shares in the $.19 range.

A large buy averaging 400k shares per day should have pushed the price up as individual sellers would have noticed this sudden interest and not let them go at a even price over a two week period.

The thinking would be to take the profit and not wait for large gains as nothing is ever for sure, particularly in the teck market. Why gamble if you have already almost doubled your investment.

Just another possibility differing from an accumulation or short sales.
