Exile Resources Inc. is an independent oil and gas company focussed on development and production projects in sub-Saharan West Africa. The company is acquiring a number of projects in Nigeria and intends to develop these fields over the near to medium term. The company will augment its portfolio with attractive exploration and development opportunities in Nigeria and across the Gulf of Guinea.

Exile's strategy is to create value for its shareholders by accessing opportunities along the exploration and development value chain in Africa. Africa is the only continent that has shown steady and continuing growth in remaining recoverable oil reserves in the last decade and it is our belief that this trend will continue, driven by discoveries in under-explored basins. In addition, within the more explored areas, there are many development opportunities. These are often smaller accumulations that are non-core for the existing licensees, or small to medium size fields that have been allocated to indigenous companies. Both categories of fields offer attractive investment opportunities that Exile will be capable of exploiting.

The Exile management team has experience across the oil and gas value chain, from exploration prospect generation, through development planning, financing and execution, to production operations. The experience has been garnered across the world including significant exposure to operations in Africa. It is our intention to augment the existing team with experienced international professionals as the portfolio grows.
