Dear MollyBetters, thank you for your inquiries. Agoracom does not post filings on the Investor Relations hubs, but does post press releases and we provide a direct link on the Hub to review corporate filings. As filed in the 8k submitted by EYI Industries on July 09, 2007, the company did recieive a letter signed by Michel Grise of Nutri-Diem Inc. In that letter it was stated that Nutri-Diem has decided to make the Agreement non-exclusive, however EYI will still be permitted to sell and market the Nutri-Diem's products and the Agreement will still bind the parties for every other section of the current agreement.
