Ants point of view.

Sorry, I had to strike Moose's comment, but I don't necessary disagree completely. I think the financing accepted by both the BOD and S. Docker was a marginal deal at best. 20/20 hindsight, because I did'nt think much of it at the time other than it met the requisite to get the TSX listing. The conditions were time constrictive and the lenders only gave about 3.78 million of the 12 million agreed upon. To be fair, FG didn't make the timelines. Some of that was due to be shorted on cash by the lenders. They (FG) was held up at virtually every point. Rumor has it that the lenders have pulled this before at significant profit to themselves, and to the detriment of the shareholders and company. So here we are, with tough lawyers holding the lenders at bay. They are collectively 20% shareholders, so this isn't a simple situation. We have already dicussed options going forward. I won't retrace that. Looks like delisting is imminent. Even if another lender offers to bail them out, would Platinum accept the deal? They have more to gain from getting the plant, then their money back. Looks like that was never their intention from an ants point of view. What do I know, I'm just lookin for some sugar. B
