Boot is correct. They added the E to the ticker symbol because they are not current with their financial statements. Here is the SEC page that explains why the E was added to the ticker symbol.

I am a little confused as to why this is the first time we have seen this happen because they ALWAYS their 10-K and 10-Q's late. Must be because the OTCBB feels this time since FGOC can't even afford to have the audits completed it is unlikely to happen :( That page also indicates that if a company is removed from the listing it may become ineligible for quotation for a year!

They have until 6/18/09 to become compliant with filings or its bye bye OTCBB listing. And if I remember correctly they have until this Sunday the 24th to become compliant with TSX listing requirements which is of course highly unlikely. So I am assuming that next week we will only be listed on OTCBB and if we screw that up there is no more stock listing!! Not looking good for the home team. It's really sad to see this all come down to such an ugly ending.

I can't believe some kind of deal hasn't been made yet. The company has a lot of potential all it needs is a little more cash flow and its ready to go. I can't believe another company hasn't jumped on it yet, god only knows why...
