Well, for what it's worth I have heard that the lenders want the company bad. They want to break it up and sell it. They will make a lot more than they could with their original investment.

What makes matters worse they have apparently done this before. They got the board to enter into a bad deal and they want to steal the company. The FG attorneys are fighting hard but I am not sure they can get out of this one.

Where that leaves us is unknown but I can't imagine we come out good in any scenario. We are going to have a hard time finding a white knight rescuing us without the NI43-101 regardless.
