just my opinion, but i am not sure how First Gold escapes the financial morass it is in.

the stranglehold of the poor lending agreement they got themselves involved in looks very tough.

it did not look like a sure thing even back in early 2007 with a detailed review of management and the land package.

white knight? why would a company come in and try to take it out now paying market cap price, dealing with retail stock holders, vote, etc when it might be easier to pick and choose parceled off pieces of first gold at a certain price. The lenders make a profit but piecing it out, the buyers pick and choose what they want, land, drills, mill and don't pay for the whole package.

buyers capping the price paid for infinity by just paying cash, not bringing shareholders along?

not bashing or being a doomsayer but from my vantage point, not so rosy.

can't speak for the other land parcels but i am not sure you have the best piece of relief canyon which leaves you hamstrung.
