Boot,

The info about the court hearing was in FG's latest 8K filing. I just did a little search on the net to find the courthouse site. I did call out there to verify the presiding judge. I'll probably write a letter to the judge to thank him for keeping an eye on my interests as a small investor while the parties involved slug it out. Probably won't help, i can't see how it could hurt.

FGOC must be up to date on their filings, I see the FGOCE symbol has been dropped.
