I think that would be more than possible. The country of my birth has gone to hell in a handbasket these last few years and the idiot in charge (Gordon Brown, Scotsman) is nothing more than a fifth columnist. He sold umpteen tons of gold bullion at about $200 a few years ago -- just before it shot up in price to around $500. Talk about lack of vision from a leader! Yup! I would guess that if anybody had people scrambling yesterday it would be the English Treasury. As my English relatives tell me, it's the blind leading the blind in the British government!
